Alternatively, you can use something like a faux ivy fence or hedge panel. Add fake greenery without planting trees, and create a lush, private outdoor shower.

A simple, cheap trick I use to make these faux palms taller is to place them on a cinder block inside a large planter. This elevates the leaves, and I don’t have to pay more for a bigger tree. Then, I fill the rest of planter with a material like bark or pebbles.
In addition, you can add a teak wood mat to create a comfortable “floor” instead of standing in the dirt or on the sand. Consider getting one that gives you space to move around and allows water to flow through the slats.
